  1. What's your return policy?

    • For returns of new, undamaged product, customers have 30 days from date of purchase to return a product for a full refund of the purchase price.  The return shipping will be at the customer's expense.

  2. What types of payment options are available?

  3. For your convenience we now accept payments through a secure platform for all major credit cards. In addition you may also pay with your PayPal account.

  4. How long should my order take to arrive?

  5. Use these guidelines to estimate your order's transit time:  We use FedEx ground and UPS ground for our shipments.  Transit times vary from 2-10 days depending on delivery location.  Processing time in our warehouse is a maximum of 2 business days from receipt of order.  Orders received after 2pm PST on Fridays will process on the following Monday.  Our ship from location is Camarillo, CA.

  6. Is there a way to expedite shipping or have express delivery on my order?

  7. Unfortunately we do not offer expedited shipping at the present time.

  9. At this time we only offer shipping within the United States.

  10. What is the normal processing time of an order or email inquiry?

    • Please allow 2 business days for your order to be processed. If your order is placed after 2pm on a Friday, we will not begin to process it until Monday am.
