1. Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry is only open to residents in United States of America who are 18 years and over. Individuals must have a valid Email Address and Phone Number in order to access the promotional entry mechanism.
3. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoters and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
4. Promotion will commence at 9am EST November 8th 2021, made public online across relevant MultiSac Handbags websites. Competition ends at 12am EST January 3rd 2022 (“Promotional Period”). Entries must be received by the Promoter(s) within the Promotion Period to participate.
5. ONE winner will be selected at random.
6. In total, there is 1x “Years Supply of Handbags” to be won. The prize includes two Adele Backpacks, one Kate Backpack, one Major Backpack, one North South Zip Around Crossbody Bag, one Zippy triple Compartment Crossbody Bag, one Summerville East West Crossbody Bag, one Mini Delta Crossbody Bag, and one Fallon Crossbody Bag.
7. The draw will be made by 12pm EST January 3rd 2022 at 331 Changebridge Road, Pine Brook, New Jersey and the winner will be contacted in writing via email and SMS. The winner's name may be published on all or any of the MultiSac Handbags websites (providing the winner claims his/her prize within the time required under clause 14).
8. To enter, eligible individuals must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:
- Sign up with a valid email address and phone number via the respective MultiSac Handbags website during the promotional period (11/08/21 – 01/03/22).
9. The Promoters reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoters to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
10. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
11. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoters reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
12. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. The total retail value of the prize pool for the promotion period is $520.00 USD

14. The winner must claim the prize by 12pm EST 10th January 2022 (7 days from the day the winner was chosen) by contacting MultiSac Handbags. Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does not take the prize (or an element of the prize) by that time, then the prize will be forfeited.
15. A redraw of the Prize Pack may take place if the winner does not claim their prize by the time stated in clause 14. The redraw will take place by 5pm EST 17th January 2022.
16. The redraw Prize must then be claimed by 5pm EST 21st January 2022. If not claimed, the Prize is forfeited and MultiSac Handbags has no obligation to make further draws or provide the prize to any persons, including the previously selected winners.
17. If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoters, at their discretion, reserve the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
18. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
19. Entrants consent to the Promoters using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
20. The promotion is designed to reward participants who show support for the MultiSac Handbags Campaign and brands.
21. The Promoter(s) reserve the right to share any contact information provided by entrants to third parties who support this competition throughout the competition period.
22. The Promoter(s) and partners may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information provided in your entry for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages, telephoning the entrant, or sending SMS messages to the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to opt out, access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
